What exactly is onsite support?

Our technicians and engineers make an in office visit to you, providing you with boots on the ground hands on the keyboards, we effectively become a regular visitor with scheduled times allotted where we dedicate our efforts in resolving technical problems your business might be experiencing.

What tiers of support do you offer?

Every conceivable plan is customized to the individual client, however we do offer everything from 1 hour visits per month to a dedicated staff member.

Do you sell hardware?

We specialize in providing services but we do offer hardware and software sales. for more information please see our consulting section.

How do you manage tasks and time?

If you are a service client we provide an allotted time slot to resolve issues, in that time many issues can be resolved when we plan for it. all support tickets and times are clocked with our helpdesk and support ticketing system. No issue will be forgotten, all tasks will be completed.

Is it available in my area?

Most of Southern Ontario, Canada is in our coverage zone, we are able to provide you with technical support, either onsite or remote using our remote support application.
